MANAGING DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE
Dear sir or madam,
In the last six years Telemax Company had achieved its expectations. We have grown up at the respectable company in the area of the complex engineering, communications and security equipment field. .
Every year we record increase of income and the number of the employees. I can say, with pleasure, that according to all relevant indicators, year 2006 was very successful. However, the first half of the year 2007 already exiled least year. This gives us the right to be proud of our team growing and quality improvement, as well as to be proud on increase of income.
Our vision is to be the company with satisfied clients and to be the desirable working place.
Market of RS is not our final goal and we will use the opportunity to expand the business in the Federation of BiH and the region too.
We are committed to give better perceptive of the communication technology to people so they could improve their business.
First of all, company like Telemax, makes conditions for use and affirmation of modern methods of communication. We have had very successful projects that made possible high quality services in telecommunication use for our clients.
In this year we have entered into ISOO 9000:2001 standardization processes. We found this standardization process as a necessity in order to keep us competitive at the market.
Our orientation is always targeted to our clients. Every person employed in Telemax is completely dedicated to find the most quality solution for client, listening clients’ requests and concerns, in order to accomplish clients’ wishes in short term and with quality.
I am aware of the fact that branch, in which we work ,is developing fast and dynamically .That is why we have to make right strategic decisions in order to keep the continuity in development.
Telemax has to keep leading position at the telecommunication market and together with leading manufacturers of professional and high quality equipment , like SIEMENS, will be for sure one of the leaders by developing possibilities in use of modern communications.
Telemax has become quality “product” in which has been built experience and dedicated work of all people engaged in its system.
We are aware of the fact that growth of the quality often depends from education level of our personnel. We invest at their education every day because they have to be prepared to give answers to the future challenges.
Every person in Telemax gave his contribution so that overall result can be at the highest level, on the scale of success.
Telecommunication has always been important part of the future. That is why I sincerely hope that in the future time, we will make the ambient for safe and successful growing and development of the company. Quality, confidence, creativity and experience of the people that work in Telemax are the benefit for the Company progress.
I am convinced that we have already made our first steps to accomplish that goal.
